RETURNS, REFUNDS & Exchanges
RETURNS
We do not offer FREE returns but we do accept returns within 14 days. Providing the item is unsued, undamaged and in its original condition we will offer a full refund on the returned products ( postage will not be refunded.)

if you wish to return your item please contact us straight away preferably through instagram for a returns address, we also remind you to include your order number in your return so we know where to refund for the item.

REFUNDS
We aim to refund returned items within 1-3 WORKING DAYS ( this does not include weekends or bank holidays)

Refunds if you have paid on Paypal should be received instantly.
Refunds Via Wix Payments ( debit card) can take up to 7 days. You should receive an email confirming your refund if processing, if you have not please check your junk / spam.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we currently don't have a procedure for exchanging. Should you wish to exchange an item we ask you to return your item for a refund & repurchase your preferred item.
COLLECTIONS
Unfortunately we no longer offer collection as we have relocated.
LIABILITY
DELIVERY
All deliveries will be sent to the address we have been provided with on your order , if for any reason someone is not at the property when delivery is attempted, by default it will be delivered to your neighbour ( although they will try as close as possible it may be further than your next door neighbour) if you do not want this you must let us know prior or make arrangements with DPD. If your item has been incorrectly delivered, or you have not received your delivery when it is showing as 'delivered' you must contact us within 10 days as DPD are unable to investigate any missing/ incorrectly delivered parcels from that date we therefore cannot except claims after this timeframe.

WASHING
All our items have different ways of washing them, most of the garments will have instructions on them of how to clean them. If it doesn't please get in touch before attempting to wash your item.

QUALITY
Our aim as a company is to provide trendy , unique items for the best value for money. We would not sell a product we did not believe was incredible value for money and great quality which is why we do not offer free returns if you do not believe the quality of your item is up to your standard. You can of course return the item for a refund within 14 working days.

DAMAGED ITEM
if your item has arrived damaged - we cannot apologies enough please get in touch with us preferably via Instagram so we can resolve this for you!

if your item has become damaged - We ask that you contact us as this will depend on the circumstances of the damage.
Unfortunately we do not offer warranty on our products as a lot of our items are handmade and incredibly delicate we cannot be responsible for how they have been handled once they have been received by our customers.
We also want to emphasize products that consist of delicate items such as diamantes , crystals ,sequins and fur. Will naturally shed even with light use, this is the nature of the products and is unavoidable. However as a company we do always like to assist in anyway that we can to help our customers therefore if the product is massively altered either before or with light use please get in touch as we do review more significant shedding on an individual basis!

We offer Standard and Next Working Day Delivery to the UK*
All our items are sent out Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered by noon - 12pm) however only those who select Next Working Day Delivery can we guarantee it*

*delivery and tranist times may be delayed through no fault of our own dependant on DPD however we have found them to be the most reliable for delivery with a >1% delayed delivery rate.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY(Inc. Northern Ireland)
The cost and delivery time frame of delivery is different for each location, it is calculated at the checkout after inserting your address.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CONSUMER TO PAY (IF) ANY DUTY/TAXES CALCULATED BY THE COURIER WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVING IN YOUR COUNTRY. YOU SHOULD BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY FOR THIS AND IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED FOR THIS REASON OR FAILED DELIVERY YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUND MINUS SHIPING COSTS.
